【摘要】:ThisguideisintendedtoassistindevelopingstatementsofprecisionandsupportingdatathatwillbeusedinCommitteeG02standards.ThemethodsandapproacharedrawnfromPracticeE177andE691.ItwasfeltthatpreparationofthisguideanditsuseinCommitteeG02wouldleadtoappropriatestatisticalanalysesandmoreuniformityinG02standardsregardingreportingofinterlaboratoryresultsandprecision.TheguideisnotmeanttosubstituteforpossibleuseofPracticesE177orE691indevelopingcommitteestandards.1.1Thisguidecoversandoffersdirectiononthehandlingofdatafrominterlaboratorytestsforwearorerosion.ItdescribesaformatforenteringdataandforsubsequentlyreportingresultsonmeasuresofprecisioninaCommitteeG02standard.Itindicatesmethodsforcalculationoftheneededstatisticalquantities.1.2ThisguideoffersguidancebasedonaCommitteeG02consensus,andexistsforthepurposeofemphasizingtheneedtouseestablishedstatisticalpractices,andtointroducemoreuniformityinreportinginterlaboratorytestresultsinCommitteeG02standards.1.3Anexampleofhowthemethodsdescribedinthisguidemaybeappliedisavailableinpersonalcomputerformat(DOStypesystem)onfloppydiskasaspreadsheet(LOTUS,rel.4)file.Thepurposeistofacilitateuseofthemethodsinthisguide.Theexamplefilecontainsallneededequationsintherecommendedformatandcanbeeditedtoacceptnewdata.ASTMHeadquartersortheChairmanofG02shouldbecontactedforacopyofthatcomputerfile.Theusermusthavespreadsheetsoftware(forexample,LOTUSorcompatible)available.1.4ThemethodsusedinthisdocumentareconsistentwithPracticesE691andE177,andwithADJE0691,ConductinganInterlaboratoryStudytoDeterminethePrecisionofaTestMethod.
