【摘要】:Coversphysicalrequirementsandtestmethodsforperformancerequirementsofmaterialsandworkmanship,andfinishofplasticbathtuborshowerunitswithorwithoutwallsmanufacturedintegralwiththebathtuborshower;orasamulti-pieceunitdistributedaspartofthebathtuborshowerunit.Suchproductsshallmeettherequirementsasoutlinedinthisstandard.Whilethisstandardcoverstheperformancerequirementsofplasticbathtuborshowerunitsanddescribestheseperformancerequirementsintermsofmethodsoftestapplicabletoallsuchunits,anumberofdifferentmaterialsandmethodsofmanufactureshallbepermittedtobeusedtomeettheserequirements.Eachofthesematerialsandmethodshavedifferentpropertieswhichwillaffectitsendperformanceandsuitabilityfortheintendeduse.Forthisreason,portionsofthestandardarebrokenintoseparaterequirementsdesignedtoidentifytheseindividualcharacteristics.Thematerialsandequipmentwhicharelistedashavingbeenusedtoconductthetestingproceduresinthisstandardareprovidedsolelyforinformationalreference.Materialsandequipmentofsimilardesign,compositionandspecificationshallonlybeusedtoconductthesetestingprocedureswhentheyproduceequivalentresults.
